KZ Characters brings 2 hours of interactive fun with our entertaining mascot characters. Perfect for larger events, community gatherings, and corporate functions, our look-a-like characters add joy and energy to any occasion. Let us bring the magic to your event with our unique and engaging performance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy A $50 cancellation fee applies to all bookings canceled after confirmation. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled event are non-refundable. However, you will receive a credit for a future booking, minus the $50 cancellation fee. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. If you haven’t received your refund by the end of the seventh business day, please contact us directly. No-shows or cancellations without notice are not eligible for refunds or credits—no exceptions. Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule once at no charge if the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the event. Any additional changes will incur a $30 rescheduling fee, due at the time of rebooking. Weather Policy In the event of severe weather conditions (e.g., travel bans, snowstorms, or tornado warnings), no cancellation or rescheduling fees will be charged. Rain is not considered severe weather under this policy. If rain is expected, the client is responsible for providing adequate shelter for the character(s).
